SwipeIQ is a brain-training and puzzle application designed to improve cognitive skills. We minimize data collection to protect your privacy.

A. Non-Personal & Device Data

• Device Identifier (Device ID): We generate a unique, non-reversible hashed device identifier (SHA-256) when you first launch the app. This is used solely to save your local training high scores, manage your daily streak rewards, and sync training statistics.
• Game Performance Data: We collect game scores, correct/wrong answers, response speeds, and cognitive rating improvements. This data is used solely to build your personal "Brain Training Report" and calculate percentile rankings.
• User Customization Profile: Customizations you choose for your companion Sparky (outfits, room themes, and display name) are saved locally and synced with our server to ensure progression persistence.

B. Personal Data

• No Registration Required: SwipeIQ does not require account registration. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or contacts. Any display name you choose is optional and stored as a custom nickname on your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the game features.
• Sync your daily missions progress, Sparky outfits, and high scores.
• Calculate anonymous percentile rankings (e.g., "You beat 90% of players today!").
• Improve and personalize your gameplay experience.
• Prevent fraudulent or automated submission of scores.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

SwipeIQ may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you.

These include:

• Google Play Services (For app distribution, updates, and integrity checks).
• Ad Networks (If applicable, for optional ad placements to earn extra game energy/seconds). These networks may use device advertising IDs to deliver relevant ads.

We do not sell, trade, or share any of your performance or device data with third-party advertisers.

4. Children's Privacy

SwipeIQ is suitable for players of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

Our app is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

• We do not collect personal profiles.
• Hashed device IDs are used solely for internal support operations (score syncing and daily quests).
